MYSC's 15-Week Program
Host a large-scale community event.
Members don't just learn, but apply real-world business skills such as event planning, recruiting strategies, delegating tasks, finance, public speaking, networking, and marketing.
You'll be surrounded by students who are just as driven and accomplished as you are.
Your teammates are entering similar career paths allowing you to network with future connections.
This is a managers building program. Managers don’t do everything, they divide their work and delegate.
Members are given tasks weekly and we give them the freedom to chose and find their own members outside of MYSC to work for them.
In this program, members will:
Plan, built, hosted and attended a community event
Learn and apply real-world business skills: event planning, task delegation, recruiting, networking, public speaking, sponsorship, finance, and marketing
Experience how managers operate: dividing tasks, making executive decisions, and leading volunteers beyond the council itself
Coordinate with your team at your own pace, while still having freedom to make bold choices—like deciding the next meeting location

We chose the top 15 candidates who demonstrate academic strength, immense business leadership and huge potential for growth.
High achievers (recommended GPA: high 80s–95+)
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, driven personalities
While high achievement is recommended, we also accept students who show immense potential for growth.
